It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our longtime member and friend, Lawrence “Larry” Legasse, on September 27, 2026.
Larry dedicated more than 60 years of service to the Webster Volunteer Fire Department. During his distinguished tenure, he served as an interior firefighter, Fire Police officer, and Sergeant-at-Arms. In recognition of his steadfast commitment, Larry received the “Top Responder” award several times.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to Larry’s family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him during this difficult time.
Godspeed, Brother Larry. Your service and dedication will not be forgotten.
