WEBSTER FIRE RESPONDS MUTUAL AID TO ASSIST ONTARIO FOR MOTOR VEHICLE CRASH WITH ENTRAPMENT

On February 28, 2024, at approximately 3:19 PM, the Webster Volunteer Fire Department responded mutual aid to assist the Ontario Fire District for a motor vehicle crash with entrapment. (State Route 104 at Lakeside Road)

Ontario, N.Y. — A woman has serious but non-life-threatening injuries after a crash Wednesday afternoon on State Route 104 in Wayne County.

Police said the woman was eastbound near Lakeside Road when her car veered into the back of a truck.
The woman was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with what were initially reported as "critical" injuries.

The driver of the truck was not injured.
