On Tuesday, December 14, 2021, Richard Swingly was reelected to a fourth term on the Board of Fire Commissioners. Commissioner Swingly will begin his fourth five-year term on January 1, 2022. Commissioner Swingly has served as Chairman of the Board of Fire Commissioners for several years.
