District Secretary Richard P. Tompkins retired from District service on January 13th, 2021. Secretary Tompkins “Dick” has served as District Secretary since the District’s inception in January of 2005. We send Dick our sincerest thanks and gratitude for all his years of dedicated service and wish him the best in his well-deserved retirement. Thank you Dick!!
