Heavy Rescue 108 Committee Members Chief Fedele and Firefighter Ricci are currently at the Pierce Manufacturing factory in Wisconsin completing the final inspection of the District’s new heavy rescue. Chief Fedele sent in the attached pictures of the inspection process for all to enjoy. The new rescue is due to be in Webster within the next month and hopefully placed in service by early spring. This new rescue will be replacing the District’s 1993 Simon-Duplex/ Saulsbury rescue truck. A big thank you is owed to the Rescue 108 Apparatus Committee and the Board of Fire Commissioners for working diligently on this very important apparatus replacement project.
